Rep Prep: 10 Minutes with Brianne Cardiello
At Eaton Essentials, great service starts with great people, so we're glad to introduce one of the newest members of our team. Meet Brianne Cardiello, outside sales specialist with Eaton Essentials, who brings a career built across hospitality, sales, and foodservice to our Orlando territory.
From her first restaurant job at 14 to building B2B relationships up and down the tri-state area, Brianne has spent years learning what operators actually need—and how to help them get it. We sat down with her to talk about her journey, what drew her to Eaton Essentials, and what she's most excited to build here.
Hi Brianne! Can you tell us a little about yourself, your background, and what brought you to Eaton Essentials?
I was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, and at the age of five moved to South Florida, where I spent the next 25 years of my life! I got my start in the restaurant industry at 14 and remained in the field until I was 28! My longest tenure was with Darden Restaurants at Seasons 52 in Boca Raton, where I worked throughout college and beyond. My family then relocated up to the Jersey Shore, and I eventually made the move to join them.
I launched my sales career in the tri-state area with Imperial Dade, a foodservice and janitorial supply distributor, before transitioning to Bunzl where I focused on the grocery sector. Then after having my children in New Jersey, I felt the pull of warmer weather and decided it was time to head back south, this time settling in Orlando with my family. Once my children started school, I knew it was time to re-enter the workforce full-time after spending those years working part-time while raising them. That’s when my job search led me to Eaton Essentials. With my background spanning in hospitality, sales and foodservice, I felt it would be a natural fit.
What unique skills do you bring to the team?
I developed a strong foundation in relationship building, customer service and understanding the needs of both operators and distributors. My previous companies gave me hands-on experience in B2B sales, working directly with buyers and understanding how distributors operate. Working in the restaurant industry, I understand the day-to-day challenges operators face, which helps me communicate more authentically with that audience.
Being a mother of two sharpened my ability to multitask, stay organized and manage competing priorities. I’m eager to bring all of that experience together in this new chapter at Eaton Essentials! Most of all, I’m excited about the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help grow the Orlando territory.
What do you like to do in your freetime?
In my free time I love soaking up the outdoors with my girls, whether that’s a day at the beach, pool or just enjoying everything nature has to offer. I’m also a big music fan. You’ll likely find me at a country or pop concert whenever I get the chance.

What attracted you to Eaton Marketing, and what excites you most about joining our team?
What drew me to Eaton Essentials was how well it aligned with everything I’ve built throughout my career. It felt like the perfect opportunity to take my experience and channel it into a role where I could make a real impact. I was also attracted to the idea of being part of a company that operates within a space I’m genuinely passionate about. With my background in foodservice and hospitality it felt like a natural next step. Plus the entire team is AMAZING!
Which Eaton core values resonate the most with you?
The value that resonates with my the most is “Leave every client feeling great”. Coming from a hospitality/foodservice background, that philosophy was at the core of everything I did. Make sure every person you interact with walks away feeling valued and taken care of.
What's something people should know about you?
I was a cheerleader and played soccer growing up.
What's the best piece of advice someone gave you? How did it impact your life?
Life is a marathon, not a sprint. There were moments where I wanted things to move faster, but I’ve learned the most meaningful growth takes time and patience. Even stepping back to raise my children felt like a setback in the moment but looking back it was all part of the journey. I came back to the workforce with more life experience, empathy and a deeper understanding of what truly matters in both life and business. I’m here to build something lasting, one relationship and one day at a time.
What trends or changes in our industry are you most excited about?
There seems to be a big push toward experiential dining, where the tabletop itself becomes part of the story. Operators are looking to create a more memorable worthy presentation which will be exciting to help create.
Do you have any advice for others looking to pursue a career in this field?
Network genuinely and build real relationships. People remember how you made them feel. Lead with integrity, show up consistently and always leave every person you interact with feeling valued.
What is one thing you hope people say about you after working with you?
At the end of the day, business is built on relationships and trust. If someone walks away from working with me feeling great and knowing that I gave everything I had to support them, then I know I’m doing my job right!
Thanks, Brianne! It's been great getting to know you a little better.
