Besides the amazing people I work with and for, I enjoy making a real impact when customers need help the most; turning stressful equipment failures into fast, supported solutions.

What is your personal "walk-up" song?

"Taking Care of Business" by Bachman-Turner Overdrive.

If you could rename your job title for what your job really entails, what would it be?

Chaos Coordinator.

Which Eaton Core Value speaks to you the most and why?

"Give it Your All," because I approach every service request with a sense of ownership, urgency, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for our customers. As Eaton Marketing's Service Coordinator, I actively follow each case from start to finish, coordinating with factories, service agencies, dealers, and end users to ensure issues are resolved as efficiently as possible. Whether it's tracking down parts, expediting service, or providing status updates, I strive to deliver exceptional support and represent Eaton Marketing with professionalism and dedication every step of the way.

Dream Vacation Destination?

I would love to go to the Philippines, where my husband's mother is from.

What is your favorite restaurant in Florida?

As a Tampa native, I would have to say Bern's Steakhouse. I've been going there as long as I can remember. I still have a copy of their menu from the '70s.

What is one thing customers might not know about the Eaton team?

Eaton supports every stage of a restaurant project—from concept development and kitchen design to equipment and smallwares selection, ordering, order tracking, and post-sale warranty support. It is a TEAM effort.

What is your go-to road trip snack?

Trail Mix and Gummy Bears.

What is one word your coworkers would you to describe you?

Feisty

When you're not working, where can we usually find you?

Traveling or auto-crossing.

Fun fact about yourself?

I enjoy driving fast (on the track). I have been auto-crossing my Porsche for many years. I have also driven several road racing tracks such as Sebring, Barber, and Atlanta Motorsports Park, to name a few.
