The "Wells" part of Wells/Bloomfield is named after its founder, George F. Wells. Created in San Francisco in 1920, the company began by producing a variety of electric cooking products including a patented waffle baker that George Wells invented himself.
Over the years, the company has changed hands and been relocated, but today, Wells is still known for what the company does best – drop-in wells, food warmers, and cold pans.

Wells food warmers are available in a wide variety of built-in models and are available with either thermostatic or infinite switch controls. From multi-pan modular warmers to round warmers, Wells is the brand of choice for holding heated foods.
BUILT-IN REFRIGERATION
Wells ice-cooled cold pans and refrigerated pans are designed to hold pre-chilled product at proper serving temperatures.
