Give us a little background on yourself.
I was born in Puerto Rico and lived there until I was 10 years old. At that time, my family moved to St. Louis, MO, where I lived for 16 years before moving to Tampa, FL in 2013. I am a University of Missouri – St. Louis grad, and I speak fluent Spanish.
How many years have you been in the industry?
I’ve been in the industry for about 8 years. I first got into this industry in St. Louis, when I worked at the Star Manufacturing corporate office.
Where is your favorite place to go out to eat?
I tend to try different restaurants on weekly basis, so I don’t really have a favorite place, but I enjoy Armature Works for the many options it offers along with its trendy vibe.
Does it contain foodservice equipment from Eaton Marketing?
Yes, it does. I quoted most of our equipment that has been installed thus far.
What do you usually order?
Just as I try different restaurants, I also tend to try different dishes wherever I go, so I don’t have a usual order anywhere.
When you go out, what's your go-to drink?
If it’s free, it’s me! It really depends on how I’m feeling. If I go with beer, I tend to order Blue Moon. If it’s liquor, I go with Bacardi Rum, and if I’m feeling wine, I enjoy a few glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon or Malbec.
Favorite place you have visited?
Spain, because I had wanted to visit the country where most of my ancestors came from, and I was not disappointed. The people were very friendly and the food was delicious.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Hopefully, still working in this industry with great people and enjoying the fruits of our labor in a lovely home with a family of my own.
