Biloxi’s historic Point Cadet was once the heart of a seafood industry that was admired around the world, but today a different attraction overlooks the Biloxi Bay and is drawing admiration of a different sort.

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville has quickly become Biloxi’s hottest gaming destination. Whether you consider yourself a Parrot Head or simply appreciate the laidback Caribbean lifestyle of what Jimmy Buffett might call ‘island escapism,’ the Margaritaville Casino & Restaurant, Biloxi, Mississippi is the place for you!” (Source: www.margaritavillebiloxi.com)

And it is the place where you will find five Thermo-Kool uniquely designed walk-in coolers and freezers. The Thermo-Kool walk-ins consisting of a 9’10” x 48’11” x 9’4” high three compartment beer cooler/freezer/cooler with an offset; a 9’9” x 25’3” x 9’4” high cooler/freezer; 7’0” x 10’10” x 9’4” high beer cooler; an 8’5” x 12’3” x 9’4” high cooks cooler and an 11’4” x 16’10” x 9’4” high cooler/freezer.

The actual sizes and configurations to meet exact job site requirements were accomplished by Thermo-Kool’s ability to manufacture in 1” panel increments so there was no wasted storage space and every panel locked-in-place with no cutting and pasting necessary at the job site. To avoid “hidden costs” during the installation, the walk-ins were preassembled at the Thermo-Kool factory prior to shipment for a thorough quality control inspection.

The walk-ins featured interior white smooth aluminum ceilings, which when added with the fluorescent light fixtures, maximized the illumination inside the walk-ins. The walk-in doors included 14” x 14” peep windows, three hinges per door (one spring loaded), vinyl strip curtains, 1/8” aluminum treadplate kickplates 48” high on the interior and exterior of the doors, audio visual alarms and thermostatically controlled door frame heaters.
