Big systems run quietly in the background of every growing company, and Eaton Marketing is continuing to invest in making those systems stronger. That is where Jeremy Musok, Eaton’s new Director of Salesforce, steps in. Jeremy took an unconventional route to the role, starting in construction management and overseeing major projects before shifting into Salesforce development. That mix of project leadership and technical curiosity now helps power the systems that support Eaton’s next phase of growth.

We sat down with Jeremy to learn a little more about his background and what attracted him to Eaton Marketing. Learn a little more about what he looks for in a work environment and the best piece of advice anyone has given him.

Hi Jeremy! Can you tell us a little about yourself, your background, and what brought you to Eaton Marketing?

I was born and raised in Upstate New York. I've been married for 20 years, and my wife and I have a four-year-old daughter.

I come from a background in construction management, having overseen large-scale construction projects throughout New England and the DC metro area. About eight years ago, I transitioned into Salesforce administration and development.

Over the years, I've become proficient in all aspects of core Salesforce functionality and have developed a passion for creating and enhancing software applications that improve people's lives.

What skills or experiences from past roles do you think will be the most beneficial here?

Since my role here is to enhance the Salesforce instance through automations, integrations, and AI implementations, my experience in managing complex projects and technical experience make for a great fit.

What attracted you to Eaton Marketing and what excites you most about our team?

I'm a big fan of the culture at Eaton Marketing. What excites me most is the opportunity to cultivate and develop (the organization of) Salesforce, driving innovation and streamlining processes that align with their forward-thinking vision.

What do you like to do in your free time? Do you have a favorite sports team?

I absolutely love traveling with my family. Since my wife has family in Bulgaria, we often find ourselves exploring both Western and Eastern Europe. Some of our favorite destinations have been Paris, Austria, Italy, London, and, of course, Bulgaria. Growing up in New York, I was a fan of the New York Giants; however, now that I live in Tampa, I root for the Bucs.

What trends or changes in our industry are you most excited about?

I’m most excited about the rapid growth at Eaton Marketing and how we can leverage Salesforce to support that scalability. By implementing advanced solutions and streamlining business processes, we can enhance efficiency and drive even greater success for the company.

What are your professional goals for the next five years?

My first professional goal is to develop Eaton Marketing’s Salesforce instance into a highly efficient and innovative system that fully supports the company's growth and operational goals. Additionally, I aim to master emerging AI functionalities and integrate them into our workflows, enhancing efficiency and innovation across the organization.

What is one fun fact about you that might surprise your new colleagues?

I love my animals! I have two Beagles, a German Shepard, and a Sun Conure Parrot.

What is the best piece of advice you've ever received?

One of the best pieces of advice I’ve ever received is that persistence is the single most important trait for achieving success. Another great piece of advice I’ve heard is to start from the perspective that everything is possible.

And do you have any advice for others who might want to get into a similar field?

Never stop learning, clearly identify your goals, and stay persistent.
