In this edition, spend a few minutes with Quoting Specialist Rachel Saraceno. ### Give us a little background on yourself.  I've worked in customer service since I graduated high school. I have a lot of retail experience and I am excited to carry those gained skills into my new position at Eaton Marketing. How many years have you been in the industry? This is my first job in foodservice, but I have heard about it my whole life. I am excited to learn more every day. Where is your favorite place to go out to dinner?  This is a hard question, but I’ll say my favorite spot is [Salty Lime Cantina](https://www.saltylimecantina.com/) in Palm Harbor. Not only are their margaritas to die for, but they also have amazing Mexican food. Plus, unlimited chips and salsa. What do you usually order when you're there?  I usually order the chicken enchiladas and always a margarita. When you go out, what is your go-to drink? Either a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon or a margarita! Do you have a favorite place you've visited? My favorite place in the world is Breckenridge, Colorado. I have been in the summer and the winter. I can confirm it's perfect year-round. Where do you see yourself in five years?
