Give us a little background on yourself.
I was raised in upstate New York, and I've been a resident of Florida since 1977. I currently live in Largo. I've been married for 35 years and have two sons, aged 26 and 27.
How many years have you been in the industry?
47. I graduated with a degree in hotel and restaurant management in 1972. My first job was as the assistant manager at the Post House Cafeteria in the Greyhound Bus terminal in Albany, NY. My first job that involved the foodservice equipment industry was traveling through Vermont and Massachusetts selling smallwares and equipment for H. Horton and Co in Albany back in 1974.
Where is your favorite place to go out to dinner?
Longhorn Steakhouse
