Give us a little background on yourself
I am originally from Maryland but have been a Florida resident for about 10 years now. I have over 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience and am incredibly excited to jump into the Foodservice world.
Out of all the lines represented by Eaton Marketing, which one is your favorite?
Two of my favorite things are pizza and coffee, not together, so therefore I would say it’s a tossup between Synesso and Beech Ovens.
Where is your favorite place to go out to dinner?
Carrabba’s is always my go-to.
What do you usually order when you're there?
Can’t beat their Chicken Bryan or Mezzaluna and not to mention, the house salad!
How has foodservice equipment changed in recent years?
New and updated equipment allows restaurants to expand their market and more importantly expand their menu. Why be just a pizza shop when you can be a pizza shop that also is known for its great Italian cuisine too?
What do you see in store for the foodservice industry?
Lots of new restaurants opening/remodeling since this pandemic is finally coming to an end. And of course, Eaton Marketing providing reliable equipment that produces fast service and happy customers for your businesses.
