A Quick Look at the New Eaton Service Portal
As you may have seen, over the last year we've rolled out a brand new way to conduct our service request, a way that's easier for you and allows us to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Most of the time, when an oven breaks down or your walk-in is on the fritz, people don't even know who to call to get help. For a company like Eaton that has assembled some of the best foodservice equipment brands in the industry, that knowledge gap just isn't acceptable. Nor is the extended timeframe that comes with it.
That's why we put together our new service portal and have been testing it out over the past several months to get it to a place where we feel proud to announce it here today.
Yes, some of you have maybe already used it and saw the benefits. But for those who haven't, we urge you to check it out today.
The process is easy. You can access our service portal from any of our web pages by clicking on the service tab in the top navigation of our website. From there, you can watch a short video that will walk you through the request form process, or you can dive right in and fill out the information we need.
Instead of multiple phone calls and tracking people down, your request will be routed to the appropriate contact who will get back to you and help you with your request. It's as simple as that.
