Being a school nutrition professional is a lot like being a parent. It's hard work. It's important work. It's often thankless. But it's certainly rewarding. This month and on May 6, we recognize our K-12 nutrition workers by honoring them on School Lunch Hero Day.
School Lunch Hero Day is an event created by the School Nutrition Association to say thanks for all the work our school nutrition professionals do, and we can't underscore that more here at Eaton Marketing. Over the years, we've had the pleasure of working with so many Florida districts and directors, and we're constantly amazed by the things you do.
If you're a school nutrition professional, thank you. Thank you for helping to make our state's school experience better for our kids, keeping them nourished, and enhancing their capabilities in the classroom. Learning is about a lot more than books and tests.
