Bakers Pride Y600
The Bakers Pride Y-600 is the ideal oven for high-volume pizza and all-purpose baking needs. This heavy-duty oven is manufactured with a fully welded quarter-inch angle iron frame, allowing two units to be stacked. The exterior of the Y-600 is constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated to maintain consistent oven temperatures and minimize heat loss. In addition, this oven has slide-out flame diverters and a two-inch-thick deck with independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers for precise temperature control and even cooking.
The Beech REC1830 Stone Hearth Oven has an internal chamber composed of high-grade ceramic material and is fully enclosed in quarter-inch mild steel to protect from damage. You can operate the REC1830 with wood or gas. The performance of this oven is due to the unique ceramic material that makes up the cooking chamber. This material gives Beech ovens twice the thermal mass of other pre-cast ovens, resulting in superior performance and efficiency and the capacity to make as many as 110 12-inch pizzas per hour.
Marsal Wave Flame Series
The Wave Flame oven utilizes advanced technology to create an old-world-style pizza oven. The revolutionary design uses firebrick-lined baking chambers to force heated air back to the top of the cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and the need to rotate or turn the pizza. As the pizza cooks, the bricks absorb moisture, radiating a dry, even heat, enabling you to cook a crispier old-world style pizza in as little as three minutes.
Middleby Marshall CTX DZ331 & PS 638G
The Middleby Marshall CTX DZ331 and PS638G are conveyor ovens made for pizza. The CTX DZ331 is an electric infrared conveyor oven with an 18-inch wide cooking chamber that uses a 59-inch long stainless steel chain link belt and can be stacked up to four units high. Advanced electronic touch control and patented MenuSelect feature enable the oven to be preset with multiple times and temperatures to ensure a perfect pizza every time.
The PS 638G is a fast baking gas conveyor oven with a 38-inch long baking chamber and a patented Energy Management System that makes this 89,000 BTU oven efficient and capable. The 26-inch wide baking chamber features a reversible conveyor belt with air impingement, dual air return, and a low overall oven profile. In addition, the PS 638G features easy-to-use digital controls and is stackable up to three high with a cool-to-the-touch exterior.
TurboChef 1618 Conveyor
The 1618 Conveyor is a high-performing oven that can cook up to 35 12-inch pizzas per hour. The 36-inch conveyor belt can feed on the left or right, with an optional 48-inch conveyor belt assembly available. The 1618 Conveyor has an idle mode for energy efficiency, built-in diagnostics, and an easy-to-clean mono-finger design. An independent-controlled top and bottom impingement airflow system with variable speeds provide the precise control you need, and the unit is ventless.
TurboChef Double Batch
TurboChef's Double Batch oven utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide a high-quality oven that uses minimal energy while reducing cooking times. The two independent chambers are designed to handle up to a 16-inch pizza and create high heat transfer rates and an oscillating rack for even cooking. Simple, intuitive controls with Wi-Fi and USB compatibility make the Double Batch one of the most reliable and simple to operate solutions available.
