Thermo-Kool Hosts FCSI Continuing Educational Growth Training Seminar
Thermo-Kool recently hosted its bi-annual FCSI Continuing Professional Growth Walk-in, Refrigeration and Blast Chiller/Shock Freezer Training Seminar which was held at theThermo-Kool factory. Nine consultants participated in sessions which included Planning and Design Walk-ins Including Designing Energy Efficient Walk-ins; The Latest Trends, Benefits and Technology in Blast Chilling and Shock Freezing and The Latest Trends and Technology in Refrigeration, Insulation, Temperature Monitoring and Energy Efficient Lighting.
Participating in the training seminar were: Paul Guilluame with P.R.I.D.E., Sarasota, Florida; Robert Pursell and Clyde Dickens with Five Oaks Foodservice Design, Missouri City, Texas; Bill Murray with Murray-Corban Consultants, Vidalia, Louisiana; Karen Corban with Murray-Corban Consultants, Oxford, Mississippi; Pat Hampel and Jeramie Baker with Design Trends, Inc., Benton, Arkansas; Joyce Fasanowith Cornyn Fasano Group, Portland, Oregon and Kurt Kaemmerlen with Kaemmerlen Facility Solutions, St. Louis, Missouri. Also attending were Thermo-Kool Marketing Agents,Dan Scruggs with Ettinger-Rosini & Associates, Houston, Texas and Peggy Bensingerwith Foodservice Innovation and Technology, St. Louis, Missouri.
The FCSI consultant participants received 10.75 CEU’s for attending the seminar. Dates are forthcoming for the next seminar which will be scheduled for 2014.
