The 2013 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is taking place now until November 11th. So whats new at the 2013 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival as it pertains to commercial kitchen equipment?

Ventless exhaust systems by Wells Manufacturing is the answer. They selected the WVU24 model that gives them a full 24” from left to right to handle their cooking equipment. Epcot has over 20 kiosks set up serve a variety of foods from around the world. The ventless exhaust systems gives their chefs the ability to cook fresh food in the kiosks. The ventless systems not only captures the grease laden vapors but the unit come with full ANSUL system for the most complete fire protection if needed.

When you are sampling the amazing foods from counties such as Argentina, Australia, Poland, Morocco and many more, don’t forget to try the craft beers from around the world as they are being served from a Perlick DDS84 keg dispensers.
